Iisv2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the iisv2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the iisv2 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and any additional policies published by iisv2 from time to time.
If you disagree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. iisv2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain up to date.
The iisv2 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is permitted under the local laws applicable to you.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on iisv2. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. iisv2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Failure to provide the required verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. iisv2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Account eligibility requirements
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
- Providing a valid, verifiable phone number and email address
- Not appearing on any platform restriction or ban list
- Personal information provided upon registration is accurate and belongs to you
- Only one active account is permitted per individual
3. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the iisv2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are from legitimate sources and belong to themselves. iisv2 does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of users.
Deposits are processed via available payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go, and local bank transfers. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method. iisv2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. iisv2 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. Any attempt to transfer an account balance to another party or to use the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be stated separately. iisv2 reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion in the event of abuse or fraud.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Iisv2 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or bets
- Sharing or selling your account to another party
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the system or the security of other users
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Registering using another person's identity without their consent
Iisv2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension, account closure, or referral to the relevant authorities. Users agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by iisv2.
Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations in force in their jurisdiction. iisv2 does not guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure: iisv2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any term in this document. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to any compensation. Any remaining account balance will be handled at iisv2's discretion based on the circumstances and outcome of the internal investigation.
Liability Limit: iisv2 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. iisv2's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit. iisv2 makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available or free from technical errors.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the iisv2 platform are the intellectual property of iisv2 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from iisv2.
Third-Party Links: The iisv2 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. iisv2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Iisv2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claims or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
